This week, residents of Country Meadows of Frederick enjoyed an afternoon at Cunningham Falls State Park. The park is located in the picturesque Catoctin Mountains. It features a 43-acre man-made lake and its namesake waterfall, Cunningham Falls.

Year-Long Integenerational Program comes to a close for the 2015 Graduating Class of Celebree Pre-K

Residents Recognized for Walking 500+ Miles during 2014

Country Meadows kicked off their annual walking program by honoring last year's 500+ mile club.  Residents received a recognition pin and a new pair of designer sneakers for walking over 500 miles for charity.  Country Meadows donates 10 cents per mile to the Alzheimer's Association.
